Self love circle: mini retreat evening

It’s easy to be hard on yourself, we all do it, which is why it’s important to focus on your achievements - big and small - and allow yourself time and space to let go of negative self belief and things that hold you back.

The full moon is a time to connect with yourself, release and let go of what isn’t serving you, to make space for the next phase of the month, open up possibilities and manifest who you want to be.

It’s a time of completion, celebration and gratitude. Making it the ideal time to show yourself love and let go of the shadows that weigh you down.

Join Gem as she lovingly guides you through meditations and journal prompts to connect and celebrate all that you are and release all that’s holding you back, under the powerful energy of the growing full moon.

Come together under the safety and warmth of our bell tent. Get comfy and cosy as Gem guides you through this full moon women’s circle. 

Bring your yoga mat or a cushion to sit on, a note book (that you can tear pages out of), and a pen. As well as water and a blanket to keep you warm.
