HOW TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
Please note appointments can only be rescheduled in the 48 hour period prior to the appointment time.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so using the ‘Reschedule’ button on your ‘New Appointment’ confirmation email. This will take you to our booking system and the appointment can be rescheduled using the ‘RESCHEDULE’ button located in the bottom right corner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WATESEDGE HAS TO CANCEL
Watersedge may cancel any session or event if circumstances arise beyond their reasonable control, including dangerous weather. In such circumstances, it may be an external event organiser who will endeavour to communicate to you in advance.
In the event of cancellation by Watersedge, we will aim to offer alternative arrangements or a reschedule wherever possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
STAYs
STANDARD CONDITIONS
1. The Tenant/Guest will:
1.1 Pay the booking amount in full at the time of booking
1.2 Keep the interior of the property in a good, clean and tenantable state and condition and not damage any part of the property in any way.
1.3 Leave the property at the end of the holiday rental in the same clean state and condition it was in at the beginning of the holiday rental. Reasonable wear and tear and damage by insured risk excepted.
1.4 Not make any alterations or additions to the Property.
1.5 Not do or omit to do anything on or at the Property which may be a nuisance to any other nearby holiday-makers or residences.
1.6 Not without the Landlord’s prior written consent (not withheld unreasonably) allow or keep any pet or any kind or animal at the Property. If any pets are permitted they must be kept under strict control at all times and must not be left unattended in the Property. The Tenant will be responsible for all damage and any extra cleaning caused by the pet(s)
1.7 Not to use the Property in any other way whatsoever other than as a private holiday residence for the maximum capacity of guests which the property is intended.
1.8 Not assign, sublet, charge or part with or share possession of occupation of the Property or any part thereof.
1.9 Allow the property owner or property Manager or anyone with the owners permission to enter the Property at reasonable times of day to inspect its condition and state of repair, and carry out any necessary repairs and gas or electrical inspections, provided the owner has given reasonable prior notice (except in an emergency).
2.0 Refunds
2.1 Watersedge agrees to issue a full refund if the the booking is
cancelled 14 days prior to the check in date.
