Join Sophie for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. We will be coming together under the softly lit heated stretch tent next to the beautiful lake before heading to the fire pit for cacao. The drinking of cacao is an ancient Aztec and Mayan tradition whereby cacao is consumed as a group to facilitate healing and community.
