This is one we are so excited for and have wanted to do for some time! We start with a refreshing swim then after a hot drink & cake Laura, an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist, gives a session on effective & efficient ways to strengthen your pelvic floor.
Following a nutritious lunch by the experienced and well known chef Jay Halford, we have Dr Vicky Hobbs Women's Health & Menopause Doctor to deliver a relaxed and interactive session on peri-menopause & menopause. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
Then you will experience a deeply relaxing sound bath by Sophie before we end the day feeling connected, refreshed and educated.
