Qi-gong can be translated to ‘energy work’ and is beautiful form of moving meditation supporting mind, body and spirit

A typical session will begin with a gentle warm up, by practicing the stances to be used, then follow a set of movements called Shibashi which focuses on synchronising the breath with the movements. This is beautiful flowing routine that can be deeply relaxing to practice.
