full moon Yoga, and or swim

Starting this full moon night in the Susi Howard Studio with some gentle yoga, with a little break before we enter the water for a moon lit swim, using lights on tow floats to illuminate ourselves. You then have the chance to tuck into some delicious Sri Lankan food as you soak in the peaceful ambiance. The sauna is also available to be booked, please head to the sauna tab and follow community sessions to book this.

Yoga is from 6:15pm with the swim afterwards.
