introduction to open water swimming

The 2 hour session includes theory and is suitable for beginners or regulars looking to be educated on the physiological effects of cold and open water swimming. Our certified STA qualified Open Water Coach, Gem, will make you feel totally at ease with her calm aura and gentle words.

The second half of the session entails a group dip or swim, followed by reheating in the sauna as well as one of our signature hot drinks & cake.

What to bring: Swimsuit / shorts, towel, plus appropriate clothes for the weather

Wearing a wetsuit is optional. Please contact us if you would like to hire a wetsuit as this is a possibility.
