Join our Open Water Swim Coach, Gem, for a 2 hour session combining practical tips with the magic of wild swimming. Whether you're new or looking to deepen your experience, you'll explore the physical and mental sides of open water in a supportive group.
Enjoy a guided swim at your own pace, followed by sauna rewarm, and a well-earned coffee & cake. Wetsuits are optional - it's about finding your own rhythm.
