Join us for a one-hour workshop taught by Roger who will guide you through mindfulness and meditation practices aimed at reducing stress and promoting mental clarity. We then head over to the lake for a dip or to swim a short lap. Either way, the wood-fired saunas are available for you to use. Finally we gather with a hot drink in hand. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with like-minded men and share experiences in a supportive environment…. or to simply enjoy an afternoon in nature.
