Join us for a men’s mindfulness workshop by the lake, followed by a sauna and hot drink around the fire.

Led by Roger, the one-hour workshop will help you reduce stress and clear your mind, while preparing you to embrace something new. Afterward, unwind in the sauna and relax by the fire with a hot drink, connecting with like-minded men in a supportive and open space.

This is a chance to step out of your comfort zone, build community, and recharge both mentally and physically. No experience is needed - just an open mind and a spirit of adventure.
