introduction to open / COLD water swimming

THEORY | GROUP SWIM | SAUNA | COFFEE & CAKE

Step beyond the ordinary and discover the transformative power of open water swimming.

Led by our passionate Open Water Swim Coach, Gem, this two-hour journey blends practical knowledge with the magic of the wild water experience. Whether you're brand new to open water swimming or seeking a deeper understanding of its psychological benefits, this session will guide you through both the physical and mental process of entering the water.

In a supportive group of up to 14 like-minded explorers, you'll take part in a guided swim at your own pace, followed by a chance to share stories, reflections, and a well-earned coffee and cake. Wetsuits are welcome but not essential – it's all about finding your own rhythm and confidence.

Join us to unlock a new connection to the water, your body, and your mind.

What to bring: Woolly hat x2/swim cap | Swim costume/trunks | Towel x2/change robe | Warm clothes/layers | Socks/gloves

NB: If you'd like to hire a wetsuit, please contact us, and we can help arrange it. (Most participants choose not to wear them)
