Join our Wellbeing Swim Coach, Gem, for a transformative group workshop designed to awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself amongst nature. With her gentle guidance, you’ll practically explore how this practice can enhance resilience, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

This session goes beyond theory - it's about experience. You'll learn mindful breathing, then move through hot sauna and cold tub contrasts to stay present and reset. You’ll alternate between the sauna (15 minutes) and the ice tub. There’s no minimum time for the cold - just stay in as long as you can, even if it’s only a few seconds..

This is ideal for anyone looking to challenge themselves, build resilience, and feel refreshed.
